The living room lights were off, the room was dusty, the bathroom was dirty, the bed was dirty and dusty, and it was damp.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel did not live up to expectations, despite its convenient location. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing due to major issues with service, room comfort, and cleanliness. The poor maintenance of the room and bathroom facilities severely impacted the comfort of my stay. Ambiance/Facilities: The overall ambiance fell short of standard comfort, with poor soundproofing and limited room space. The room facilities felt poorly maintained—the stove was completely unusable/broken, and the kitchen sink was stained with visible spots. Food: (Skipped - did not dine at the hotel) Staff Assistance: Service and staff assistance need major improvements. The check-in and check-out process was far from smooth, and staff responsiveness was below expectations. Highlights: The main highlight was solely its location. The stay was ruined by severe maintenance issues: the jet washer leaked and sprayed water immediately upon turning on the main valve before the trigger was even pressed, making it very unpleasant to use. Additionally, both the bathroom floor and the inside of the door were covered in limescale, the stove did not work, and the sink had heavy stains. Price: Given the poor cleanliness, unmaintained facilities, and lack of proper service, the stay was definitely not worth the price paid. Location: Conveniently located with easy access to surrounding areas, which was the only practical part of the visit.

As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a puddle of water from inside the refrigerator.

For comfort, the AC isn't cooling enough. Please have it serviced.

The location is quite strategic, the view is nice, but it's not worth it for the price. The amenities are lacking, with only a TV and air conditioning. The toilet shower needs to be fixed. The bed is narrow and there's only one pillow. Hopefully, the facilities and cleanliness will improve.

Very cheap price, comfortable facilities and location very close to shopping centers and school environments, highly recommended for those who staycation in the Jatinangor area 👍🥰
