The room is nice, with a beautiful view, perfect for a family of 2 adults and 3 children.

The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly, especially the female staff member at the restaurant — she was kind, attentive, and careful. The room was acceptable. However, the security guard named Chế standing outside the entrance, although older, showed a very unprofessional attitude toward guests. The way he communicated the hotel’s regulations to first-time visitors was rude, harsh, and impolite — to the point that guests felt intimidated by him. Once he started talking, no one dared to respond because he spoke loudly, for a long time, and in an overbearing manner. It made me wonder if he might be related to someone in management

The receptionist and the tram staff were really bad, arguing and fighting with the guests even though it was clearly wrong. The manager still had not come up with a solution or fix when he left. I have been there many times but this time it was really really bad.

4 mother and children stayed in the Grand Suite room, very comfortable and spacious, delicious and diverse breakfast buffet, friendly staff. However, when our family arrived, the staff did not help carry the luggage in, our 3 children carried their own luggage in. This is a small minus point about the service. Overall, everything is ok! I have stayed at FLC many times.

I went to Flc in Quy Nhon and found it better. The Grand suite Sam Son room had a slightly musty smell that made it difficult to sleep. I felt it was not right when I entered. The wallpaper was peeling, the white curtains had lipstick stains, the brown curtains were stuck and couldn't be pulled. I asked the staff but they couldn't do it because the curtains were too high. One air conditioner was leaking. The glass bathroom had no panels so the whole floor would get wet when taking a shower (like a room with a shared bathroom floor and bedroom). The refrigerator was empty and had nothing to do with it. On the table, each person got 1 mineral water, tea and coffee. In addition, the view here is okay. The saltwater and freshwater swimming pools are both great, the pool water is warm. The sea in August is murky and red. (The view at Luxury Resoft is much nicer). The receptionist and luggage staff were very enthusiastic. Review for everyone here: go eat seafood at Chinh Thuy restaurant, it's very fresh and delicious but expensive. Dung Quych restaurant is almost half the price cheaper but the quality is also worse than Chinh Thuy. The food in the hotel is not good, I was so hungry that I had to eat spaghetti for 180k (ordering food to bring to the room is 216k, please note that if you order to the room, the menu price is a bit different), and the staff forgot to bring chopsticks for me to eat noodles 🥹. Overall, the experience here is okay, I only stayed for 2 days so the experience is not much. The electric car in FLC is free but very few, you have to wait a long time
