My group experienced the Grand Suite room, I would like to give feedback to the hotel because during my stay here I did not feel satisfied with some of the following issues. 1. Quality of room cleaning: On the first afternoon I checked in, the room had a foul smell like a musty smell. I reported it to the receptionist and the ladies came to clean it up. However, at night before going to bed, the bad smell came back from the carpet in the large bedroom, leading to me not being able to sleep, rest or do activities there. For a large chain hotel, I am not at all satisfied with the poor hygiene quality and lack of professionalism in preparation. 2. Arranging customers for meals: I bought a lunch package for the group at the Seagull restaurant next to the hotel. However, the receptionist later called and informed me that I would change to the restaurant on the Luxury Hotel side of the same system to dine. Even though there was an electric car to help pick up and drop off, the group had elderly people and young children who couldn't get around, so I expressed my desire to have lunch at Seagull, but you guys couldn't assist me with that. Even your breakfast process is very complicated. I have no problem with being overloaded and going to another restaurant to eat, but half of our group is already having breakfast in Seagull and the staff still pushes The other half of the group (including elders and children) went to the restaurant next to the resort, although when I looked inside Seagull there were still tables. 3. Quality of lunch buffet: Lunch buffet food is of poorer quality than the free breakfast buffet even though guests have to pay to eat. The dishes are not diverse, the food is cold even though our group arrived quite early, in general the quality is not commensurate with the price paid. 4. Other problems: The balcony of my room and the rooms in the same group all have peeling and cracked walls near the glass railing area. The standing shower room does not have a stopper at the foot, so water spills out while the person inside is bathing, causing inconvenience, especially in cases where the bathroom is open like the large room in the Grand Suite.
