Cuong, the bellman, has always gone above and beyond his job. Always ready to shelter his guests with an umbrella under any circumstances while waiting for their ride at the lobby. A true guest experience you don't get every day, even with a 5-star property. Kudos and thank you.

Staff from front to back end, they were very friendly and helpful in facilitating my queries. Other than the sound proofing wall of the room, I was very much satisfied and pleased! Highly recommended 👍
