I found a dead cockroach behind the room door and visible dust in the corner behind the door too. It looks like the room has not been in use for a long time.

The room was a bit cramped. The location was strategic. The request didn't meet my expectations (I ordered a non-smoking room but got a smoking room).

There may have been a mistake by the staff (giving me the breakfast coupon). Since I had the coupon, I went to the restaurant for breakfast at 7. While I was eating, a staff member approached me and asked me to pay 150,000 Rupiah for two people or 75,000 Rupiah per person. I was okay with it and didn't complain, so I paid the cashier during the checkout process. Unfortunately, the process took quite a while. The cashier seemed busy on the phone with either the Supervisor or the Manager. And finally, my money, which had already been received, was returned. I often stay at Batiqa in other cities, but I haven't encountered this kind of hassle at Batiqa Cirebon, Batiqa Pekanbaru, or Batiqa Lampung. Because of this long process, I almost missed my flight. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future. Thanks

My stay at the Batiqa Hotel was truly memorable. Besides the friendly staff, the hotel's atmosphere was pleasant and clean.

The staff were all friendly, and the service was excellent. The hotel is close to culinary and souvenir shops. Everything was excellent; I was completely satisfied with my stay here.
