Comfortable environment, 24 hour security, good staff.

The bathroom is clean, the room is comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, not noisy, the staff is friendly.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff are also friendly, especially the wide swimming pool, the internet is fast and just recommended for staying.

1. Well I was very excited at the first time until I got there at around 6pm and shocked that there was nobody standby to assist our check in process. I called to number appeared on google, found out that he was around 20 minutes away. In fact I had to wait for like more than one hour. I entered the room at 7.30pm. He said he was the only one incharge. So he asked me to understand as his problem is mine too 2. Upon check in process (after a long time of wait) he informed about the regulation to give deposit idr 200k. He said the refund could be in cash or if I was in hurry, he will transfer the money. The co time was strict at 12 noon. In fact, even I checkout right at 12noon he said the refund process will take 3-4 hrs which was at 3 or 4 pm. I was mind with such a bad process, and I told him so. Until 3.45pm he still has not transferred my refund yet. When I asked him about it, he told me long story about his daily routine which was not my business. He didn't say apologize, so impolite. Now I am writing this review at 5.35pm and he does not even read my wa even though it appears that he is online. And the room was so much different compares to picture appeared on app. So disappointed. So unprofessional 3. Person who in charge named alvin, he stole my deposit at the end. He said due to I reported c.o at 12.15pm via whatsapp, in fact I left the room at 12noon and got charged me full night. He always changed his statement, he avoided to meet me directly. Does not even care that I was only with my 2 year old baby

It's nice to have a swimming pool.
