The location and the room are actually very good, but the maintenance and cleanliness need to be improved because when I stayed in the bathroom there was a snake, fortunately the staff came quickly and the room was replaced too. But for the next time maybe the hotel's pest control can be improved.

Many instagrammable photo spots, cool views of the natural scenery around the hotel, the restaurant/cafe where you can drink coffee is famously crowded, prayer equipment and the Quran are available in the room. It's just that the breakfast menu is less varied.

Everything is okay except the uncomfortable bed and the noise and smell of cigarettes. But the cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, and area are top notch.

very nice view, got bungalow 7 which has a room view directly to the waterfall. road access is still safe to pass, not too steep

The food and the view are delightful.

bungalow 9 has a narrow balcony, like an executive. The upper part of the bathroom door frame is broken and cannot support the weight of the wall, I'm afraid it will collapse and can't be closed properly. There was a very loud sound like someone threw something into my room, but I looked outside and there was nothing.

The quiet atmosphere is good for really resting, the room is comfortable, but maybe it could be more soundproof

all ok minus towels and sheets that have a few stains. the price on weekdays is the best. feels like a private villa, the food is quite expensive, but you can get granfood gaeesss... when I came the restaurant was crowded with visitors... so it was like a night market 🤭 but whatever it is, staying at Edensor is a smart choice for those who want to take a break from the city... will stay here again next time

Parking officer needs more friendly, room lighting and ambience are uncomfortable, no more extra mineral water at room (Trying to get additional by asking room service at night but they could not provide without no solutions), road accessibility is bad, hotel floor and surrounding are slippery, with the price> 1,5 million/ night, then the breakfast foods is expected more variety.

exciting really feel the beauty of nature spacious and aesthetic rooms. feels like in a fairy tale 😄 there are also many bodyguards (meong imoet2) so it feels like living in the countryside😄 you can have a vacation

Cheap per night, less than 2 million but got a good room, the room is nice, clean, the view is nice, the bathroom has hot water, the service is good, the food is delicious. The downside is the bathroom has a few ants on the floor and there are mosquitoes in the bathroom

Clean bed. The hot water in the bathroom is hard to adjust and it takes a long time for the hot water to flow. But the tap doesn't work, it's hot when you drive to the right, and cold when you drive to the left. The water is also small. There are many stairs up and down so carrying suitcases is a hassle

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Hopefully the hotel management can continue to maintain quality for customers.

It's okay, there's a resto too and the view is great

So far ok, only the room I got bungalow 10, the door is not all the way down. There are still gaps that allow insects to enter. Behind the door there is a spider's web and there was a cockroach in the toilet. Please improve the cleanliness of the room. Wifi for bungalow 10 also kept going down when I stayed. 1 more breakfast is very minimal, incomplete, no salad and lack of variety. Please improve the cleanliness and food.

Nice Abis facilities Okay. Food and drinks are delicious. Cool atmosphere

Overall staying there was ok, but because there was a big family event that was said to have been reminded to play music and karaoke until 2 am, the guests went there to relax, but ended up not being able to sleep. The vacation was not fun. There should be restrictions on events involving many big families.

The food menu is not extensive at breakfast, there is no cake with the room price.
