Upon arrival, I immediately felt comfortable, cool, and European-style... The view from the room's balcony is stunning, with a waterfall visible. Highly recommended for a vacation, relaxing, or honeymoon.

The check-in process was very easy. The staff were all friendly, and the rooms were clean and fragrant. We'll definitely be back for a fun family getaway.

There's no Wi-Fi access in the executive rooms, so even the Android TV can't be used. This makes it less comfortable for children. Furthermore, the room phone doesn't work, making calling room service or ordering food online difficult. The adult pool is quite high for a standard 1.5m pool, but it could be mitigated by reducing the water level by about 30cm. The prayer room and public bathroom facilities are satisfactory. Food and beverage prices are quite pricey, and although the portion size of the rice is quite generous, it doesn't balance well with the side dishes.

Everything is great, close to the soul

The view at this hotel is really beautiful. There are many good, aesthetic photo spots. The room type is also unique, it feels like you're abroad. The building is sturdy. The staff are all friendly. The hotel service is good. But unfortunately there are several shortcomings for this hotel: 1. The hot water in the bathroom doesn't feel at all (it really needs improvement for this hot water, because the air there is cold) so every time I take a shower I always shiver because the hot water doesn't work. 2. The wi-fi is also slow. 3. My room number 12 is also not soundproof, so the little kid next door shouting and chatting can be heard very clearly and added at night I can hear the sound of a machine that I don't know what the sound of the machine is. 4. When I had breakfast, it turned out that the whole milk for the cereal mix was stale (please pay attention to this, because it is dangerous and can cause poisoning) I reported it to the staff & they moved quickly to replace it with new milk besides these 4 things, everything was good. The coffee shop is also okay. The breakfast menu is also quite varied & tastes good. the view from this hotel is very impressive & I will definitely come back here again.

The place is comfortable, with a unique theme and vibe compared to other nearby locations. You can also just visit for a meal, as the restaurant is open to the public.

The view is very beautiful, you can see the waterfall from the balcony. The room is comfortable and spacious, with a bathtub overlooking the view, a working water heater, smooth Wi-Fi access, Netflix, and more. Unfortunately, the mattress needs replacing, as it's a bit saggy in the middle. So far, it's been a pleasant 3 days and 2 nights.

A fun family vacation. The location is close to Jakarta, easy access, the atmosphere is great, the air is quite cool, the swimming pool is clean, but the WiFi connection is a bit intermittent. What we liked most was the view. It was cool and refreshing. So cool. Hopefully, we can come back sometime.

The setting is truly magnificent, providing a spectacular view that treats guests to a beautiful sunrise over the mountains and a dazzling panorama of the city lights at night. Beyond the atmosphere, the quality of the facilities is outstanding—it’s clear the owners did not skimp on expenses; we were so impressed with the cozy bed we checked the brand and discovered the mattress alone was valued at an astonishing 7 million. This commitment to quality extends directly to the service, which was exceptionally fast, friendly, and very accommodating; the staff constantly impressed us, from the guards who swiftly offered an umbrella from the parking lot to the receptionist who proactively called to offer room service or breakfast in the bedroom, ensuring our every need was met with speed. The hotel is also perfect for families, boasting a great pool complete with slides and a small, well-maintained playground featuring a trampoline and slides, which our kids thoroughly enjoyed, plus it is conveniently located right next to Kopi Koneng, a fantastic destination for children with farm animals and fun activities like archery and boat riding. While the on-site restaurant, which is also open to the public, serves delicious food with lots of variety, our free breakfast was limited to three options and not a buffet due to the low number of guests, but the staff’s kindness shone through when they took our own leftovers, helped us reheat them, and served them to us beautifully plated like one of their own

The atmosphere/place is comfortable, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, only the food tastes less delicious and there is less variety, especially the breakfast menu.
