Near the UGM campus, it is easy to find food around it.

Beyond expectations, we found a budget hotel with excellent facilities, comfort, and cleanliness. Most importantly, it's close to the Gadjah Mada University (UGM) campus, close to the city center, and easy access to Yogyakarta's best culinary delights.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the bathroom was also clean. The price was very affordable. Thank you.

It was a pleasure to stay at Hotel Talenta 3! But since my visit was just for a test, I didn't have time to take photos of the place. The room was clean, the Wi-Fi was good, the TV worked well, and most impressively, the staff was incredibly friendly. Thank you Hotel Talenta 3! 🤩

The room booked on Traveloka turned out to be small, the bathroom was outside, so I changed rooms and paid extra and there was only one room left for mother and child, my wife and I were in the original room. But it was comfortable, the staff were very friendly, it was clean and not too far from the monument, the parking lot was spacious and safe. Thank you

experience at bakat 3 is very very very bad. the hotel is very bad from the service, room condition, environment, everything. 1. the room is very dirty and smells like a warehouse, not like a hotel 2. there are fleas and small animals on the bed sheets 3. the bed sheets have stains like they haven't been washed and it turns out to be true, they've been empty for a long time, they haven't been cleaned at all so they smell like a warehouse 4. the bathroom tub is dirty, the soap is also bad, not like a hotel facility 5. dirty towels, the child immediately gets itchy bumps after taking a bath using a hotel towel 6. the floor is not mopped, 7. the bed cover is rough like there's sand, very dirty and smelly 8. the room smells

For everything it's good, only the bathroom flash hose is leaking, and the water heater doesn't work, the water isn't hot at all. But for the service it's really good. The receptionist is friendly and very kind. The room is very comfortable, the AC is really cold. Good 👍

The hotel atmosphere is good. Wivi didn't enter until the last row of rooms. The warm water wasn't warm enough and strong enough. The room is quiet, spacious, the bathroom is spacious, there is a towel rack, there is a back terrace. The staff are very friendly. There is hot water in the lobby. The bed cover was clean but worn. It's time to replace it. Overall, I'm happy here. Hopefully the service can be improved.

Lokasi ok banget, dekat dengan Mirota Supermarket dan Departmen Store. Dekat dengan tempat makan yang beragam dan murah. Kamar luas. Saran kebersihan dan perawatan perlu ditingkatkan. Meski bangunan baru sekalipun kalau kurang perawatan lama-lama jadi rusak dan kotor.

Family Gathering was so Nice. The place nearer to and went every where you want to. The price reasonable. The front desk and all the staff so friendly and helpful.

There is no hot water for drinking unlike elsewhere, in terms of other places/facilities they are all good. Comfortable.
