Decided to have a birthday staycation for my mom's birthday because of the strategic location inside the Paskal 23 Mall, so I thought it would be convenient! I requested a little surprise for my mom’s birthday and Yello Paskal gave the birthday mini muffin and also the wishes on the plate and mirror. My mom was very happy! Thank you so much. The room, the service, and the breakfast were so good! Really enjoyed having a staycation at Yello Paskal.

Very comfortable hotel.. the rooms are clean, the service is okay, the plus point is that if you are taking the train, you just have to walk from the station. If you go to the mall, just take the elevator down, there is a swimming pool too... next time add a gym area, it would be even better

The hotel staff were very friendly during check-in and check-out. Two thumbs up for the head chef and the kitchen crew. The breakfast menu offered a delicious variety. Quality sleep with soft pillows.

It was a very comfortable stay here, with easy access to everything, even inside a mall. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It was well worth it, and the price was still affordable. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you :)

The front desk staff was friendly. Facial tissue was mixed with toilet tissue. Having stayed here many times, I haven't been offered a room upgrade. I was offered 170,000 Rupiah just for the minibar. This time, I booked a room-only reservation because I've had breakfast before. The breakfast lacked variety and taste.
