Small room, feels not true to the room area described.
Suitable for 1 person or 1-2 day trip,
The host is friendly, enthusiastic, sends guests a guide board of where to go & what to eat in Hue. And gives a voucher to buy specialties and a voucher to rent costumes for taking photos.
Support early check-in and store luggage comfortably after checking out.
Everyone can refer to it.

Thank you home for contacting me before the check-in date, supporting my booking request and allowing me to check in early so I could have time to rest. I am satisfied with the clean bedroom, quiet surroundings, full amenities, home is located near the center, very convenient for traveling and eating. Hope to have the opportunity to return to Hue soon and see home next time.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhiệt tình, lịch sự dễ thương. Có hỗ trợ thuê xe nhận tại khách sạn ( từ sau 12h-12h hôm sau tính 1 ngày). Không có thang máy đi hơi mệt, nhưng có hỗ trợ đem vali lên. Sẽ quay lại.

Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, mọi thứ vận hành tốt, anh chủ và nhân viên nhiệt tình, nhanh nhẹn. Ban ngày vẫn nghe thấy tiếng ngoài hành lang nhưng ban đêm rất yên tĩnh luôn nhé. Tuy là homestay kiểu có gia đình ở nữa nhưng làm việc chuyên nghiệp không thua kém gì khách sạn đâu. Vị trí thì quá thuận tiện rồi.

Sincerely thank you for your review, about your review, your room is just the right size, we have not seen the customer feedback too small, the iron is only 2 weeks old, so it cannot be too old. , the dryer has also been used for less than 6 months, so it can't be too old. As for the pillow, I will remind the room to check and change, soundproof, my side is a homestay, so it may not be as perfect as the hotel. We are very sorry for the bad aspects, we will try to improve every day to be better.

This is the second time I choose to stay at Stop & Go homestay, central location, hotel is located in an alley that can fit a car, quiet, enthusiastic owner contact before check-in date to pick up guests, clean room !
