The room was dusty and unclean; I started sneezing as soon as I entered, and the floor was dirty. The hot and cold shower water was unreliable; even after being moved to a different room, finding a stable warm water source was difficult, with the hot water being extremely hot. The reception staff were helpful and allowed early check-in, but the cleaning service was poor. Even after my two-day stay, the room wasn't cleaned, and the trash in the bathroom wasn't removed on the second day. The bed linens were dusty, causing me to sneeze constantly. The trees outside attracted mosquitoes.

The staff is a huge plus for this hotel; they are enthusiastic, cheerful, always know how to please guests, and the cleanliness is excellent.

I booked a family room with two double beds, however, the room didn't look as spacious as in the pictures, and the amenities weren't prepared properly. I noted the room was for 3 adults and 1 child, but upon check-in, there were only 2 pillows and 2 pairs of slippers, so I had to keep asking staff to bring more. Also, the balcony door was a bit difficult to open and close, requiring staff assistance. The TV wasn't as good as expected; it only had standard channels, not YouTube, and the TV was an old model, so the picture was very blurry. In short, I couldn't watch anything despite calling for staff help. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful.

The staff were friendly and cheerful, the rooms were clean and well-equipped, and it was close to the Da Lat intercity bus station.

The location is also convenient, close to the city center. In short, I always stay here whenever I'm on business trips because I'm so used to it.

The view from the 4th-floor terrace is beautiful, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. The rooms and amenities are quite good for the price, and there's ample parking space in front. The staff are friendly; I'll definitely come back if I have the chance.

The room this time was a bit old. It was very, very noisy at night because of the other guests, even though it was already midnight.

I arrived at the room after more than 2 hours and there was no room available yet. However, the staff were helpful with the late check-out and a free room upgrade. The two staff members on December 21, 2025 were fantastic ☺️☺️☺️☺️

I stayed here last December and decided to come back this year. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the smelly sewer in the bathroom; it's a shame the hotel didn't address this issue, which negatively impacted the guest experience.

Apart from the friendly staff, the facilities are boring, the TV in the room doesn't turn on, there's no fan, the trash isn't cleaned up or it's not known if it's cleaned up (there's still trash in the trash can). The room is stuffy. In general, there's nothing to praise for the price, it's not worth it.

The area is close to restaurants and laundry services at reasonable prices. It only takes 2 minutes to go to the laundry shop, 2 minutes to a delicious, good quality Hue beef noodle shop and the special thing is that there is a barbecue restaurant nearby with delicious, unique food. The staff is extremely friendly and cute.

The room is not soundproof, the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, the room door cannot be locked, the protective layer inside is a bit scary if you go alone, there is no air conditioning so it is small but very cold

The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive. The rooms are clean, airy, and the hot water is very good. The hotel is in a quiet place, even though it is opposite the elementary school. Except for the flag salute on Monday morning, it is almost completely quiet, suitable for my little one.

Will be back. My family arrived at around 2am, the hotel was closed, panicked and called many times but still could not contact anyone. After about 20 minutes of freezing cold, a friend came out to open the door, guessing that the network was drunk on paper but woke up because of us. (I chose a hotel with 24/24 service to suit our time) The family brought 3 children, received 2 rooms next to each other, very happy. and because of that, the children made a big mess, affecting the room below and were gently reminded by the friends. The car had a faulty anti-theft alarm system, after many times my husband went down to fix it, the receptionist enthusiastically supported. very appreciated!

Going to Da Lat for a week, planning to stay for 1 night and then change hotels, but after 1 night stay, I decided to book a room for the rest of the week. The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, the room is cheap and fully equipped, next time I have the chance to go to Da Lat, I will definitely come back.
