Very good, comfortable, good service too

The rooms are neat and clean, the hotel staff are nice and friendly.

It was a pleasant experience staying here. Since we stayed during the holiday season, even though it was a weekday, there were kids' activities from Wednesday to Friday, and our kids were delighted. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the kids, thank you, Miss Reza 🫰🏻 As soon as we entered the room, we immediately received a mirror greeting and a birthday cake (since it coincided with my and my daughter’s birthdays). The pool is also kid-friendly, with a foam party in the kids' pool, and the kids were very happy. There's also a kids' playground on the third floor. It's quite spacious, with bathrooms inside the playground area, making it very easy for the kids to use the restroom without having to go back to our room. The food at the restaurant is also varied. Miss Chentia from the restaurant was also very helpful and agile when asked for assistance. It turned out to be easy to access and close to other tourist attractions. Across from Ah Poong and next to the Tazkia Mosque, making it easy for my husband to perform Friday prayers yesterday. God willing, I'll be back if I want a staycation in the future. Had a pleasant stay at Alana. Got a room with a mountain view. But it was a bit of a wait because of the high season.

The staff is friendly and makes the check-in process easy.

It was noisy, I couldn't sleep, and I was disturbed by the noise from the floor above my room. From 9 PM to 1 AM, the noise was consistent. I don't know whether it was people walking or what. But the hotel said it was a pipe.

The check-in process was a bit long, because it was during the Christmas and New Year holidays and school holidays, the rooms were not soundproof, the breakfast food choices were varied, the staff were very helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure to stay here

The check-in and checkout process is not complicated and very fast 🫶 the service is good, thanks to Ms. Nabila, the room smells clean

The hotel is great, strategic location, close to the mall, you can walk around the hotel area in the morning and there are lots of food options, it's kid-friendly. The rooms are very large.

If I stay again next time, I wouldn't want a connecting room. First, the noise from outside was clearly audible, making it difficult to sleep. The TV wouldn't turn on. I'd already informed them that someone was coming, and they said they'd check downstairs. When I checked, the TV wasn't working. It was okay for my bf... just lacked variety. Not vegetarian-friendly.

Checked in at 1:00 PM, deliberately checked in noon before 2 PM to get a king bed. They said the king bed was sold out, offered twin beds but combined (on a mattress) I agreed. At 3:30 PM came again, apparently it was not prepared. Entered the room without a mattress even though the receptionist offered it. First experience at this hotel and very unpleasant at the beginning!

The upstairs room was always noisy from check-in to check-out, as soon as I entered the upstairs room I heard the sound of a vacuum cleaner and chairs being moved around, and the next morning it was even louder because of the sound of a drill and the sound of hammers. I had informed them but the only response was "we'll check first." It really disturbed my rest. How could a hotel of this class not care about the comfort of its guests?
