Please add more variety to the breakfast menu. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and the breakfast menu was always the same.

Friendly staff, the lights are a bit dim so it's a bit difficult to bring a baby.

The hotel has an incredibly beautiful view in the morning when it's sunny, the staff are friendly, perhaps the cleanliness of the glass lift area around the hotel needs to be taken into account.

Great Stay – Thank You! I stayed one night at this hotel and had a really nice experience. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Luh Nik (reception), Mr. Shofa (DM), and all the staff and trainees – everyone was so kind :) Also, thank you so much for the free upgrade to the Deluxe room – really appreciate it! Breakfast had a lot of variety and was really tasty. The restaurant staff were also very friendly. We forgot the name, but maybe one of them was a supervisor or manager – thank you as well! The room was big and comfortable. All the facilities in the room were good. Just one small thing – maybe the mirror in the bathroom can be replaced, since it looked a bit dull or burnt on the edges. For the hill tram, it might be good to have some airflow, because it gets a bit hot inside during the day when it's crowded. Overall, I really loved the view, the vibe, and the friendly staff. Thank you so much! I totally recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again :)

The staff are friendly and very helpful. Need to pay attention again to the cleanliness of the room for example the curtain folds have an ant nest and there are still leftover coffee pods in the coffee machine. But still recommend to come back for a longer stay because of the facilities, the calm & relaxing ambiance of the resorts❤️

The room is nice, clean, and spacious. Just right for a family of 4. Wake up at dawn and look out at the balcony, the surrounding scenery makes your mind fresh, cool, plus the sounds of birds. Our vacation is even more enjoyable at Homm. Thanks, the best 👍

We stayed one night at Homm Saranam Baturiti and overall were quite satisfied with the experience of staying there. The location is quiet with a refreshing natural atmosphere. The room is comfortable and clean, but there is a slight disturbance of comfort due to the unpleasant odor coming from the drain in the bathroom. We are sure that the management will immediately make improvements to this. The breakfast is quite complete and delicious. The restaurant area is also nice to relax in the morning. However, the friendliness of the reception staff could be improved so that the first impression that guests get is warmer. Hopefully it will be better in the future.
