I enjoy the room and the view. But the service was unsatisfying

The rooms are a bit dirty and the furniture is old.

The apartment was dirty like never mopped, hard mattress, thin pillows and worn out. AC is also not cold. Please pay attention again.

Apartment kotor sekali seperti tidak pernah di pel, kasur keras, bantal tipis dan sudah usang. AC juga tidak dingin. Mohon diperhatikan lagi.
