Strategically located in the heart of Palembang. The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious compared to hotels outside. If upgrades are needed, cable TV can be replaced with a smart TV and more amenities can be added.

Hotel is very comfort and good location, but it's long time waiting our turn for check out. Breakfast very tasty and more varian, but additional breakfast for children very expensive

The hotel's Wi-Fi is not good, the room TV facilities are incomplete, not an Android TV, there are no ironing facilities, ironing service is slow.

Recommendations for family vacations

The staff was friendly, but the only downside was that the refrigerator in the room wasn't cold enough, not even cold at all. Furthermore, check-in and check-out were slow.🙏🏻

The AC in the room I was staying in was leaking, as I was only staying one night, so it wasn't reported. Also, in the swimming pool area, even though it's an open area, please prohibit smoking, especially during the holiday season, as many children are swimming there. The enclosed area in the swimming pool area is also used as a smoking area, even though the staff said smoking is not allowed in that area, but many people still smoke there, and the staff didn't reprimand them. Please provide more towels in the swimming pool, as there's only one provided for each room, how could there be a shortage of towels?
