Often rent overnight at Bassura Apartment, but I prefer using the Aparian vendor. Fast response, trustworthy. Upon check-in, the room is clean, fragrant. Gallon water is available, towels are available. Tower request is available, balcony view directly to the 9th floor swimming pool. For service OK. Input for Aparian management, there are things that need to be replaced in unit C16BK. The mattress needs to be replaced because the upper part of the headboard is only the springs left, and the foot part is still quite soft. The pillow also needs to be replaced because I checked the pillow inside and it was dirty, black in many places. Pillows are cheap, less than 50 thousand / piece. The gallon mouth & dispenser container (funnel) need to be replaced because yesterday I checked when I wanted to pour water into the dispenser, the inside of the gallon mouth was broken. I was a bit afraid when I wanted to pour the gallon of water, afraid of spilling. The Teflon also needs to be replaced because the non-stick part has peeled off, which is dangerous for tenants who are staying with their families. Okay, that's all my input.

The location is good, the process of check-in is easy.

Overall, it's okay. Easy access to the mall, there are cooking utensils and cutlery, the stove works, the water dispenser works, and the refrigerator works. The downside is that the B2 parking area smells like sewage and is watery.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the toilets are clean, the wifi is fast, it's comfortable, and there are also cooking utensils so it's convenient.

Overall, everything was good, but the room next door was very disturbing. Loud laughter and giggling from 2 AM until dawn. Ugh.

The place is comfortable, in Tower C. Access is very easy, and the staff is friendly. Thank you, Ridwan. The AC is just not cold enough, as the outdoor AC unit is leaking. But overall, I was very satisfied with my 4-night stay here.

Check-in was easy; the staff contacted me before I arrived. I got the Cattleya tower, which is located below the mall, and the pool facilities are great. I did have to deposit 200,000 Rupiah, but it was immediately refunded after check-in. There are two AC units, both of which are cool and work well, and the hot water in the bathroom is also very good. Overall, it's great.
