The room is spacious but poorly maintained. The bathroom smells and is not very clean. The kitchen is also poorly maintained and dirty. It needs to be cleaned more thoroughly to make it habitable.

The intention was to book a room because the kids wanted to swim, but after checking in, I just got information that the swimming pool could not be used by the public (it was being repaired), but strangely in the afternoon, many people were swimming in the swimming pool. They said it was only for directors and could not be used by the public. Wow, disappointed.

I ordered for my brother, he said the room's AC wasn't cold, the toilet smelled, hopefully the management will pay attention.

Let's start with the positive: Raul, the person in charge of welcoming us, was nice and friendly; The location is in the center, close to a supermarket, and not far from Townsquare, which is nice. The swimming pool is nice and matches the pictures posted. The hot water worked well. Unfortunately, the apartment does not match the pictures posted at all. It is very poorly maintained and dirty (see photo). The marble around the sink is broken, the gas stove you see in the image has been replaced by a far less convenient portable one, and you must buy yourself the gas container. In the closet, a lot of old garbage is left to rot. Only a few kitchen lights work. We were told there was an electrical problem and that changing the bulb would not help. Has a result, the kitchen and the small living room attached to it were very dark, There were only two plates which made it very hard to cook and serve anything, and no knife (although upon request, Raul bought one for us), two chairs were ruined (see pictures), the kitchen had a lot of cockroaches, and we had to purchase insect killer ourselves. The bathroom was very smelly even after we bought some perfume to try to make the smell. A leak in one of the pipes causes the water to run noisily all night. The bathroom sink tap was barely holding. Some electrical outlets did not work. The apartment is extremely noisy at night because it faces nightclubs nearby without noise insulation. Without earplugs, I would not be able to sleep.

The toilet is very unsatisfactory (BAU).

I really enjoyed staying here. Accommodation suits my needs.

The room smells of cigarettes, not suitable for bringing children to other complete facilities.

Before I checked in I got a call from the apartment staff he said 1 night on the 2nd floor 1 night I wanted to be moved to the 1st floor, last night I stayed stagnant water from the ac channel so I had to use 2 bathmat or doormats for the base for fear of my child later fall if the floor is slippery wet, the next day I go out to lunch I was on the phone again from the apartment and he said he did not move, then I asked to take another bathmat because it was still leaking. I also work in hospitality, I know the procedure, then I have a late check out request at 2pm, whatever additional costs I will pay, I go out to eat already on the phone, at 12 noon he said his room would be cleaned his guest was waiting in the lobby. Clearly everywhere check in time is 13.00. I was very disappointed, even though on the 14th I checked in there was a big earthquake but I didn't complain or ask for a refund.

Less satisfactory service ordered room no. 223 but as soon as check-in was given room 522 the bed was ugly and narrow for the family.

The apartment is clean, according to the picture and description. Water dispenser, pop noodles and coffee are provided. The owner is friendly.

I always love the location in MTC with lots of choices for shopping, eating, salons, kids play ground etc. It is also near if I want to go to MegaMall, McDonald, or several other places. If i don't feel like eating out there are cooking tools in room 623, of course we have to shop 1st and cook. but they prepared 2 pieces of "mie sedap" in case I am hungry already. My kids love the swimming pool. they have axn, hbo, foxcrime and several tv channels. I love that they prepared 2 towels, soap and toothbrush. Importantly we can feel safe because of its security, with access card for the front door and security taking watch. Been here few time, I myself will definitely recommend for others who are staying here.

Very good for family vacations, locations in the mall complex, amenities are more complete than a hotel (one of them has a kitchen), can get extra foam + pillows, can be supermi cup + coffee, full kitchen equipment except own purchase gas (small ones anyway) anyway great overall . And again for room 623 this interior. Hopefully the beauty and cleanliness are maintained.
