Thank God, I got a cheap price at that time. The pool is clean, the rooms are also clean. The facilities are okay, but unfortunately the admin is very slow in responding and there is no fan. My child is fussy because he usually uses AC at home. Overall the best.

The place is clean. Facilities okay. Very recommended. You can make another destination next time if you go to Batu.

Sesuai ekspetasi. Villa nyaman bersih, perlengkapan masak lumayan lengkap, tapi kolam renang airnya dingin banget. Ternyata Batu sedingin ini. Tapi thanks a lot.

Dimulai dari check in yang (pemilik) jutek banget, tapi penjaganya oke, ramah. Trus, ada 1 kamar mandi yang saluran airnya tidak bisa dari shower, keran, sama semprotan WC galon juga isi airnya dikit plus kolam renangnya kotor :( huf tidak nyaman banget dan kecewa. sorry not sorry.

Comfortable enough, for a family of 10-15 people it is still comfortable.

Lots of mosquitoes and no gallon water, no noodles, coffee and tea like other villas, and water drainage in the stagnant bathroom is not smooth, I ask for help to fix it, but it doesn't respond, even though I always go to Villa Batu for holidays once a month, but this time I was really disappointed, fortunately the room was clean and fragrant, hopefully it will be repaired and facilitated, so that people who stay are happy and become subscribers, thank you.

The owner and the guard of the villa are friendly, 24 hour security, unfortunately when the pool arrives in the body must be cleaned, so wait until the next day can only be used, the villa is clean, complete cooking equipment, good, the location is near BNS, JTP 2.

Take a short vacation in Batu and choose Villa Arsy as a pleasant place to stay. First time coming to the villa in a clean condition, check-in is really not that difficult, the villa staff is good. The villa is very comfortable, suitable for family holidays, happy anyway. Next time to the rock, it looks like staying here again.

This villa has a swimming pool, so the kids like it but the drinking water is not there, the sugar is a lot of small ants and the pool has small animals.

The villa is nice, very comfortable, the swimming pool is also clean, 24 hour security is safe, only minus the water heater can sometimes sometimes not, Even though it is just rich, but the overall recommended villa.

Cool, friendly prices want close tourist attractions, markets, convenience stores or grocery stores very close. Managers are quick to respond, sometime want to stop by here again.
