The facilities in the photo and actually are different. The pool is dirty and the nights are very gloomy.

Dirty pool, maids disturb guests at night with excuses.

The electricity went out from night to morning, until check out the electricity had not been turned on.

I booked 2 cottage rooms. The facilites in both rooms were old and badly needed to be repaired. Some nails stuck out from the bamboo floor, very dangerous. No plugs in the room except for the one for the AC. Breakfast was poor: a tiny portion of bland nasi goreng and a little piece of fried egg. Service was bad. Staff and trainees need to be trained better. The only thing memorable was the sunrise which was quite beautiful.

What is certain is that this picture cannot represent a much better reality. Let's go on vacation to Maumere. Don't forget to stay at the FX hotel, good service. And at that time we were getting a promotion. Thanks Traveloka.

As soon as we arrived we were asked why we hadn't booked the deluxe room, making us feel uncomfortable. They also informed us that access to the swimming pool was subject to charges for those staying in the standard rooms. The most absurd thing is that every morning they woke us up by sweeping very loudly in front of our door (at 6 in the morning or even earlier). On the last day, they knocked insistently on the door, waking us up very early because "breakfast was ready". Late every night there was a member of staff singing at the top of his voice. An absurd place, with no respect for customers who come to relax and not to be woken up every morning.

I stay with family in deluxe rooms and cottages. Smooth water, clean, standard food, calm atmosphere because it is far from the city. Signal not very good, perfect for resting. The staff is friendly and helpful. During my stay, the kids pool and bar were still under construction. Next, if I go to Maumere, I will definitely come here again.

A delightful hotel. Free breakfast, swimming pool, anytime beach access, and much more. Rooms are good, clean. Staff are friendly. The food is also delicious and the hotel is far from the crowd, perfect for resting on the beach.

Beachside hotel location and near the most beautiful beach in Maumere. Three rooms from the hotel but must take a car because it is far from anywhere or have to borrow a motorcycle.

I’m sorry to say that the structure would need a lot of renovation. Especially in the toilets: the basin has no tube below and you always end up with wet feet; everything was a bit decaying. There are millions of mosquitoes outside and inside and not even a mosquito net on the bed or at windows luckily I had mine or it would have been impossible to sleep. Poor breakfast and food facilities in the place and in the nearby
