The AC wasn't cold, and I tried complaining, but ultimately had to accept it. The shower gel didn't come out very well, so I had to be patient if I wanted to use the hotel's soap, even though I'd already complained about it.

The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. It's perfect for those looking to stay in Cianjur. My suggestion is to provide a smoking room. Thank you.

this is a "go to" place when we visit Cianjur. Cozy place with unique industrial theme. Rooms are available in different styles; we particularly enjoy the Mezzanine concept. I think it is a brilliant concept to optimize the space. Bathroom is a bit tight, but functional. Would be better to have rooms with window looking outside (or skylight for upper floors) to allow sunshine to enter the rooms. Overall, we had a nice stay

Really bad, the bathroom is really small, for those who have a phobia of small spaces, don't do it, the wardrobe looks like a low-budget boarding house, it feels like staying in a student boarding house, for me not recommended.

Use standard writing style (spelling, grammar, capitalization, and punctuation). Minimize the use of slangs, upper cases, and abbreviations.

Overall, okay. For this price, breakfast should be included. The lobby area shouldn't be a gathering place for employees.

A must-visit hotel if you are on holiday in Cianjur

If you're looking for a place to stay in Cianjur City, there aren't many hotel options. In that context, Shine B&B is one option. While its location isn't exactly strategic, it's quite decent, being only about a 10-minute walk from Cianjur City Square. For those who enjoy light exercise in the morning, this could be a plus. The rooms are fairly standard, adequate for transit or simply resting after a business trip. However, I personally wouldn't recommend Shine B&B for a staycation or family vacation, as the facilities and comfort aren't conducive to long-term stays or those with children. One of Shine B&B's strengths is its integrated coffee shop and restaurant on the same premises. The menu is quite varied and the taste is quite satisfying, adding value to guests. Overall, Shine B&B is suitable for solo travelers or business guests looking for a short stay in Cianjur.

While it's a bit pricey, it's fine for an occasional stay. However, when staying in a Type 1 single bed, the electrical outlet and bed are far apart.

The room is minimalist, but it's worth it for a break in the Cianjur area, the bathroom is also quite clean.
