Staff are not friendly, when check our size. There are no customers waiting for 20 minutes. We leave at 10:30 to wait for the housekeeper to check the room. We asked three times why. No apologies. Waiting to tell the housekeeper, a coffee shop without a staff to keep the table at all. Very dirty. Will definitely not recommend anyone to stay.

Superb! The place is so cute and cool. Pool is great. Service is amazing. Good breakfast. Rusty rose restaurant is beautiful inside and they serve tasty food! Room is super clean and bed is so comfy! The hotel provide set box for you to make merit in the morning and it’s free! Very family friendly (lots of kids when we stayed). The whole place is well designed with care in every single detail. The cafe by the river is nice and of course the buffalo family of tree are cute (the mum is pregnant another one now). Definitely recommend and would go back again if visit Amphawa :)
