Even though it is on the edge of District 1, if you take a local tour, you can still be picked up at the hotel, the place is clean and the receptionist is friendly, the breakfast is actually made in an omlet, even better.

Room cleanliness is bad, there are lots of insects pupas stick on wall. Shampoo containers are rusty, 1st room was noisy and after switching to another, the shampoos was in reuse mineral water containers. btw, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

I booked a room for my parents at this hotel. Everything is good except 1 point my father is very unhappy. After 3 nights, there are no additional costs for checking out. However, after that, the grandparents came back for another night when they checked out, the male receptionist asked to pay for beer and soft drinks from the previous minibar. My father insisted that he did not drink but he still insisted on money, so he ended up paying. It is not worth much, but it is too bad to do the service.

Hotel location near the attractions. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The only thing is that the bed sheets, pillows, blankets, towels are old and need to be replaced.

Room is small but quite clean. Breakfast is not varied, and only 1 item is selected. The price for 1 night of a double bed is 470k, a pretty room with a small amount of 14m2, no warmth. I value 7d.

Everything is not like in the ad. Not match for 3 star hotel!

Great location. It's centre to walk to Hoan Kiem lake, museums, HCM complex, Temple of literature... 2 minutes walk to the Food street, near the train track. The staff is the most friendlies. They always willing to guide you explore Hanoi. Thanks for your hospitality. Highly recommend!
