Booked a room with a balcony but received a room without a balcony. Asked the villa owner and he said if you can stay, stay. If you can't, leave. Unprofessional and irresponsible handling, bad experience, won't come back for a second time.

The room lacked furniture, not like the picture, moldy walls, no refrigerator, no table, chairs, no water.

We had 2 nights here. Villa area is very large and airy, thankfully we were checked in early. Because of the tight schedule, we did not have the opportunity to try the food and the pool here. If I go back to Hoi An, I'd love to go to Silver Moon again
