very clean hotel, friendly staff, strategic location, comfortable green environment, water heater is on. get 2 drinks, and 2 towels, there is a TV and fan, even without AC it is very cold, food and drinks are also cheap, my first time coming here I feel very satisfied, thank you Griya Mulya.

In my opinion, the important thing here is that the bathroom is very clean and you can check in early. The food is very cheap and tastes good for that price.

Staying at Griya Mulya is very comfortable, cool morning air can see mountain views, views of Batu City, morning sports walks around are basically comfortable/good service/good cleanliness/good hot water facilities/maybe the price can be maintained so that you can make subscriptions/the main thing is steady.

Sangat recommended untuk menginap di kota Batu, letak strategis dekat dengan destinasi wisata seperti Jatim Park dan lain-lain, parkiran luas ini yang susah dicari dipenginapan kota Batu, saya sudah coba menginap di beberapa hotel dan villa rata-rata parkirnya susah, tapi di sini luas dan ada selang panjang buat cuci mobil 😊, kamar dan toilet bersih, suasana nyaman dan tidak berisik, anak-anak bisa main di halaman dan ada pohon jambu yang berbuah lebat bisa dipetik, pelayannya sangat ramah dan friendly, pokoknya kalau ke Batu lagi pasti nginap di sini

The place is quiet for rest, there is ample parking, only a few problems when you want to check in but can be overcome. Overall okay.

I came with the hope that my family, especially my child, can play outside the room freely without disturbing the privacy of other residents. And here it really works because in front of the room there is enough space for children to play, safety with a fence on the 2nd floor. The yard is wide, there is a guava garden and can be picked for direct consumption. There are guava and strawberries too. The room is clean, there is a fan, there is a washtafel, the toilet is okay, the hot water is quite a tricky setting to keep it out. But because the weather is not really cold, a cold shower can also be true. There is a food menu that can be ordered from morning to evening, the price is quite cheap, the taste is also quite good. The service is okay, the owner is friendly, the waiter is also on standby and offers lots of help. There is a laundry here too, but just washing it doesn't use rubbing. Cheap is also the rate. Going anywhere near too. The main square is just 1 km, East Java Park 2 and 3 are still under 10 km, Lippo Plaza Batu is also around 2-3 km. If I go to the rock again, I don't have to think too much to come back here.

Inn with a relaxed atmosphere, plus a beautiful view of Mount Arjuna can be seen from the balcony. and the room is very clean. Towel and soap facilities are available. Breakfast is delivered to the front of the room. We can pick fruit that grows there for direct consumption.
