A comfortable hotel with a strategic location and excellent staff service. It would be nice to add more room amenities (mini fridge, etc.), and to change the dusty gray interior to a different color (to avoid the dusty impression, even though it's clean).

The hotel staff was kind and friendly, but I was a bit confused when I wanted to try New Year's Eve dining, as reservations were required, and there was no such information. The facilities were all good and clean.

The FO and security staff are friendly, the check-in/out process is fast and smooth, the room is clean, the AC works, the hot water works, the food is varied and tastes good.

The best budget hotel for the area near Monas. Stayed in room 801 yesterday because of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) anniversary celebrations. Overall, it was okay. The receptionist was friendly, and check-in was fast, and check-out was very good. Room service was also quite good, especially the Soto Betawi. The chicken teriyaki was a bit lacking in my opinion. The staff can arrange for breakfast to be delivered to your room. The staff are all friendly, I swear. There are only three things you need to improve: - The phone in the room doesn't have good sound. - Adding a Netflix account would be much better. - The steam from the floor drain in the bathroom smells really bad :( It smells like pee, I swear, even though the toilet was already that nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. From the quick and friendly check-in process, we felt immediately welcomed. Our Premier room was very clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a very good night's sleep.
