the view is very nice. the atmosphere is there is the sound of dogs howling in the area. so it's a bit scary.

Forget to take pictures of the room as when we reach the hotel, it was late at night. The room was horrible, furnitures are old & poorly maintained. No bottled drinks, have to top up from the main water dispenser outside the room. The were some molds on the pillow & blanket. The dressing table do not have a chair. The only good thing is the view in their in house restaurant & the breakfast taste good. Other that that pretty disappointing. The staff were friendly & accomodating tho.

for the price of 900 thousand, the cleanliness of the room, and the cleanliness of the bedsheets and towels are very far from clean.

The view is nice, there are lots of flies of course, if you go to Kintamani there are lots of flies everywhere, but overall the room is nice with the view.

The view from the room is nice. The rest. Stayed 2 nights & 2 nights couldn't sleep. The sound from the next room is clearly audible 😀😂🤣. The dividing wall / partition wall of 4 mm plywood is clearly visible, there is no telephone to the restaurant / reception. Water heater is available.

Great view of mountain and lake. Large parking area. Spacious and clean room although there are some hotel area being renovated. Could be better if the surrounding area can control the flies, especially in restaurant area.

It was a good place and comfortable. I'm really love it to stay here. But still need to improve the wifi problem if there was an error. Anyway, I suggest to stay here especially in a deluxe room 😍

The staff is very friendly, the view from the room is very beautiful, the tap water was off several times due to technical reasons but was quickly fixed (need to be noted), the downside is there are no domestic TV channels.

Strategic location not too far from the main road and good restaurant view. The room picture on the app and reality are very different.

Wow, it's so much fun to enjoy the view of Mount Batur & the lake. No need to go anywhere, just stay at the hotel. If you want to eat, just stay at the cafe.

The room seemed old, there were a lot of flies from who knows where, the bathroom gave off an unpleasant smell.

Strategic location and amazing view. Can enjoy the sunrise of Lake Batur. Unfortunately the room is poorly maintained, the room is not bright enough, the bathroom is dark, the cupboard and table are broken, lots of dust.

No wifi password, TV can't be used, cupboard is dirty.

They're under the renovation during my stay if you wish to enjoy the view from your room till you check out you will disappointed! Here is not the place to enjoy the facilities. Noisy, broken furniture, it ' s not worth the price for room and food quality. Only the location and views is good but still you can't enjoy it here!

The lights are off for hours, there is no generator, the cleanliness is poor, there is no tissue

Not according to expectations for the 1.5 ke range, the sound of the builders who are in the construction stage. Very disturbing for people who are sleeping. Breakfast is not varied, there are no slippers.
