The accommodation is a bit far from Malioboro, but it's easy to find food, as there are plenty of eateries and street food stalls. For those on a budget, this is a great place to stay; the rooms are spacious and air-conditioned.

Comfortable room, not noisy because it is separated by a wall, good location, must stop by Soto Pakde every morning if you stay here (delicious poll and murce), every morning you get sweet tea & bread. There are towels & hot water on at any time. The house is comfortable and not scary. There is a car park that is not exposed to heat and rain. If you stay for a long time: you can request the staff to clean the room, prepare to bring your own pillow/bolster/blanket for more comfort. There is a charge of IDR 10,000 per hour outside of 2 pm to 12 pm the next day, the charge is cheaper than other hotels that overtime. Be careful of ants, so keep sweet food/food waste in the room as best as possible. So far, the house is very comfortable and recommended for short or long stays👌 Hopefully the Wifi can be improved in the future because the signal is intermittent.
