The only good thing was the swimming pool and the friendly staff. Everything else was really horrible. Firstly, the room was literally falling down - the curtain broke down when we tried to open the door so the whole time people can see us inside despite the staff fixing it but welp he can't really do much. Next, the toilet was on its death bed, it's not even flushing. Next, the sink was not sinking. Next, the AC was not cooling, omg. Next, we had to wait for a while to check out because the staff was apparently sleeping in one of the rooms 😭. Overall, I don't recommend this place unless they will have an upgrade and will maintain the place. Not so worth it with the price.

The AC wasn’t cool at all, damages in the room, kitchen and toilet. Spider web in the kitchen and bathroom.

The rooms are spacious and the amenities are adequate for the price. However, it's a shame that the villa and room are not well maintained, resulting in a barren, messy environment and a mosquito infestation. This doesn't reflect the name of this villa at all. The reservation system also needs serious attention; how could the reservation staff not know who was checking in that day? Very disappointed with our experience here.

We got upgrade to a family room. got a problem with aircon and tv however the staff arrange the maintenance for the room. Aircon work, tvs work, and they even provide us the mosquito spray as our request. We saw on google if there was a trash pile (mostly dried leaves) but that day, they do the maintenance too, build the fence for that. no loud working for that maintenance work. also the place is very quiet. so thats good too. no wonder there is a lot of senior couple choose this place for long term stay. staffs are responsive too. cant give bad review even the place is not meet our expectation, thats not fair. the pool are good, not too people take a dip so thats make our short staycation feel okay(ish)

Dirty and dilapidated villa. Dead bugs on the sheets. Broken toilets. As soon as we arrived we ran away. But they refused to give US our Money back. I will not book throughTraveloka again.

The AC and bathtub didn't function as they should, so I booked a late check out earlier, but the management didn't respond well.

The villa is poorly maintained, the first time I checked in the receptionist didn't know anyone had booked that day, even though I had booked a long time ago, it was time to go to the room because the room was the most shabby, just like that when I asked to move, I said the other room was full. booking, I know when it's time to check out there is a room that wasn't booked at all while there, even though if there really had to be an additional price, just say it :), the receptionist also didn't stand by, check in and check out took so long because there was no one at the receptionist's desk, there was a frog in the toilet.

The place is very cool, calm, quiet and very private. Facilities are really good too. The point is perfect for family or honemooners. Very good!

Interesting hotel, nice, but the road to the hotel is narrow for cars. When the night there are lots of mosquitoes.

The service from the receptionist / manager (not knowing) was not pleasant, at the beginning of the check-in was not friendly (no smile) and we and my family came to be warned not to be noisy even though we brought a small child (it might not be noisy). For foreign customers the manager is friendly but for us (locals) are not friendly, never even say hello. Please fix it. Other services are no problem and the facilities provided by the hotel are good.

The room we had was very nice. The room is very big and the bathroom is nicely made and clean. The personnel was very friendly and helpful in any situation. We were very happy at this place and had some good last days in Bali. The wifi was a bit unstable.

The villa is beautiful, comfortable, the atmosphere is quiet, suitable for resting, the swimming pool is large and clean, the hotel staff are friendly and kind, Outside the villa area many dogs, the location is rather deep.
