The accommodation is new so it is still nice and clean.

It's worth the price. I was just transiting because the other hotel was in high season. There was a dead cockroach under the mattress. Please be more thorough in cleaning.

All good, there were quite a lot of black ants, it turned out there was food left under the bed, which means when sweeping, they didn't clean under the bed.

Water heater is not working/broken

Management's evaluation is as follows: The TV quality is lacking channels and the remote control is missing. That's the only thing that needs improvement... everything is fine...

A peaceful and comfortable rest is always the main choice when visiting Banyuwangi.

Check-in and check-out were easy, the staff was friendly, and the quiet atmosphere made for a comfortable rest. Hopefully, if I stay again, I'll get a promo, hehe.

Clean, comfortable, there is hot water, but if you use it together, the hot water turns off. If you go to Banyuwangi, I will stay here again.

Location in the middle of Banyuwangi city, very cheap but excellent service. I stayed at this hotel during Ramadhan 2025, got sahur rice.

Our family booked 2 rooms for 3 days, arrived at the hotel at 23.00, the staff were friendly and served us, near the cafe location. Only the cleanliness of the outside of the room needs to be improved, it seems like this is still managed by the family

Friendly staff, smooth wifi. For family room on the 2nd floor with balcony view. Unfortunately the room condition is not very clean. There are scattered hairs near the bed & bathroom drain. The toilet seat also needs to be repaired. Also. Wallpaper under the sink. Don't forget to prepare your own toiletries. Enter from next to the mixue (if you're bored, just walk there), the homestay is a bit tucked away from there

Cleanliness of the room and bathroom should be improved. I even cleaned the hair that clogged the bathroom myself. The pillowcase and small pillow smell musty. The TV channels are full of ants and blurry. When checking in, the staff did not take the initiative and offered help with guest luggage. Suitable for a transit hotel. Thank you
