The hotel was clean and fragrant. The room and bathroom were also clean and fragrant. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. One thing to note: it's time to replace the towels, sheets, pillowcases, and doormats. They're the color of a mop, no longer fit for use.

The room was very comfortable, with cool air conditioning and good hot water. Luckily, I got a room facing the street, so I could see the view, and there are suites too. Someday, I'd love to stay in a suite room to feel at home.

The atmosphere is very comfortable and beautiful. The hotel staff is also very kind and helpful. There's a rooftop with views of Mount Panderman and the surrounding area. The swimming pool is also nice and the water is clear. There are swings in the garden for relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I've been to this hotel three times. It's always comfortable and I like it. All the staff are friendly and the service is good.

Pillows and towels should be replaced with new ones because they are no longer suitable for use.

The staff is very friendly & responsive, the hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the air is cool and cold because it is close to the mountains. Yesterday I booked a superior room but for some reason the staff upgraded me to an executive room so I got a spacious, very comfortable room. The room atmosphere is very nice, the fragrance is so good that it sticks to my clothes. But what I regret is that the room is not enough. So because I am a person who is startled by the sound of motorbikes in the middle of the night, I wake up. But other than that, it is very good. Don't hesitate to stay here. In fact, my husband really likes the place. The breakfast is varied and very delicious. The place is close to everywhere. It's really great.

The check-in process at the front desk was very fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and provided clear explanations of the hotel's facilities and breakfast hours. 2. Room & Facilities (Clean and Comfortable) I stayed in a Deluxe room. Upon entering, the room was very clean, tidy, and there was no cigarette odor whatsoever, as smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also clean, with a functioning water heater, and amenities (toiletries) included toothpaste and soap. Regarding hotel facilities, I had the opportunity to try the swimming pool and the ample parking space. 3. Breakfast Experience (Standard for the hotel's star rating). 4. The hotel's strategic location near the center of Batu, so access to the city center is very easy, which saves on fuel. 5. Check-Out & Check-Out Process (Quick, Hassle-Free) When it was time to leave, the check-out process was very quick. The receptionist only briefly checked the minibar status, and then the deposit was immediately returned without any issues.

The service wasn't very friendly and courteous. When I left the room for breakfast at 8:00, there was nothing. They said they would refill the room, but after waiting, there was no refill. The table wasn't cleaned promptly. The mattress wasn't clean enough, and it was a little itchy.

The hotel's location is strategic, close to Batu's town square and several tourist attractions. The service and staff are very friendly. The hotel grounds are clean and comfortable. It's definitely worth a visit as a recommended place to stay in Batu.
