We had pleasant 3 nights stay here. The staffs are very kind and approachable. The complementary breakfast is also good.

In between awesome and unsatisfying. 1) They let us have an early check-in 2) Breakfast is reasonable 3) We had the economy double room, we got it for +2800 for 3 nights. Room is not so satisfying, maybe because of its cheaper price. AC doesn't have the themostat/timer control where you can adjust it. 4) Room is old, unsure if its dirty or its just old 5) Pillow Cases are dirty when we arrive, good thing they have it changed when we reported it. 6) Staff were approachable 7) Housekeeping everyday

The place has a very good location and the staff were nice. Great value for money and was actually thinking of recommending it not until this security incident on my last day at the hotel. I went to sleep in the afternoon as I was tired after my early stroll in the city and was 100% sure that the door was locked because I triple checked the doorknob before going to bed (specially so that I'm a solo traveler and a woman). At around 6pm, I woke up and I don't know why but my gut told me to check the door, and to my horror, it was open! I did report it and requested to have the cctv checked but the guy told me no one tried opening the door to my room when he reviewed the cctv. Security is my top priority specially so that I'm traveling alone and is a woman. This hotel needs to install a double lock to each doors to ensure the safety of their guests. Would've recommended this hotel but due to this security incident I'll pass for now not until the issue is addressed.

Staff are not so friendly. The wall just finished, in the room that we staid, so we talked about the outside. But all in all okay stay.

Rooms are clean and affordable, worth the price. But, front desk staff were horrible. I booked a single room but was unexpectedly accompanied by my partner when I arrived at midnight. When we got there, I was asking for an extra bed because a room upgrade was too expensive, yet they didn’t have any extra beds. It was fine though since we were leaving early in the morning anyway. The graveyard staff said it would only cost us P350 for the extra person inclusive of a pillow, towel, and breakfast. When we were checking out, the morning staff asked us to pay P900 total (aside from my online payment). I calmly asked her to give me a breakdown of that bill, yet she couldn’t explain the fees properly. After several minutes of discussing, she started swearing to herself, probably out of stress. Though she wasn’t cursing at me directly, I found it very unprofessional for someone in her position to act like so. She also asked me to look at the bill breakdown on her computer (which still didn’t compute to P900 in total), and was telling me that “they” have already given me a discount through my online booking, implying that “I owe it to them” for the discount. As a paying guest, we should never feel like we owe the hotel anything for discounts they offer online. It’s basic courtesy. Offer something, but don’t make your customers feel like they owe you for it. These were all aside from the fact that she kept side-eyeing me and giving me a very rude tone, despite my efforts to remain calm throughout the conversation. In the end I had to walk away to calm myself down too. I told her to keep all the money first and compute everything on her own, hoping it would help her concentrate. On my way back to the desk, she asked someone else to hand me the correct change instead.

Pros: That's the location, close to the church Lots of friendly staff Cons: The hotel is old The guard incase no umbrella was raining There are small cockroaches inside the cr There are mosquitoes in the room Food service is relatively small The aircon was noisy and very old We had 5 days but always had Wifi fix, we never used WIFI during our whole stay And what I miss most is the fact that I charged 250 for a stained towel that I couldn't even show, but it was so washed out, nothing to prove. please google it, the meaning of stained does not disappear, the saying is that it has been cleaned, it means that he is STAIN. Sadly, it was because of the checkout issue we had that ruined my view of the hotel. I cleaned the stain with our blankets, smelled the pillowcases (but that's okay because we had them), had mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room (imagine, why LAMOK and IPIS mean he couldn't clean them) then you gotta spend them we had the towel but lost it, it's funny. No matter how big or small the fees were, it was annoying that the system we endured and insisted on not complaining because we paid for it was cheap. I just wanna end this saying thank you for infairness so many staff are friendly and always friendly.
