Most comfortable bed in Udon Thani. Breakfast was great! Pool was great! Gym wasn’t the best for weight training but had treadmill and bikes. Shower was great! Wi-Fi was intermittent and went out for a little bit and when working speeds weren’t the best, they were under 100 Mbps up/down. Room for improvement there.

Overall, I am impressed with the service.

The staff doesn't have a customer-centric mindset, and they think I'm so poor to stay with because I overheard their conversation about us. The first impression wasn't good; there was no one to get the bags. I had to carry my bag and put it on the hotel baggage trolley myself. I thought my car was so cheap that no one recognized it because they might have thought, 'Oh, it's just another taxi-app car that dropped off a poor customer.' I have a lot of experiences with luxury hotels in Thailand; I can name where I went and spent my time there, but this is a kiss-ass hotel, literally. The rest of it was pretty good, such as breakfast and cleanliness, very impressive.

The hotel is really nice. I always stay here every time I come to Udon Thani for work. The room is clean, staff friendly, large parking.

The hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions, has ample parking, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent service from the staff, and a delicious breakfast.

My kids are always impressed every time we stay there, especially during New Year's when the decorations are so lovely.

This is the 2nd time I come back. But not as my 1st impression. The facilities went old after the covid and the houskeeping staff were not very active as they did.

Should be 4 and a half stars ..very beautiful ..guaranteed cleanliness and luxury, pleasant to sleep ..the bathroom is fully equipped. Like a mirror near, far, if going to Udon again, stay here again.
