Service is very ok, food is not rich and diverse, not to mention very cold food. Hotels should improve their food.

Good points: central location, friendly receptionist, clean room. Not good points: - There are only 28 channels on TV, I thought if a 4-star hotel, it were supposed to have more than that, at least 72 channels - Air condition: not cold with 10 degree C, even though I had told the receptionist to ask someone who can fix it. But the room was not cool enough for me for whole night.

Water heater not working well. Staff speaks limited English.
