The staff were friendly, but the soundproofing wasn't very good. Even on the 6th floor, you could clearly hear vendors selling goods downstairs, and you could hear toilet flushing and conversations from the next room. They even left torn towels in the bathroom. The air conditioning was intermittent, sometimes working and sometimes not 🙂, and it turned off by itself in the middle of the night, making it unbearably hot.

I arrived early and asked if I could check in early. The staff said it was possible but with an additional 30% charge. Then I went to the shared bathroom and it was dirty and full of mosquitoes. My initial experience with the service here was terrible.

The room lacks many amenities: only a TV, but it's not a smart TV and doesn't have a remote control. The built-in hairdryer in the bathroom is unreliable. The soundproofing is poor. The only good thing is it's close to the beach, and the reception staff are pleasant and friendly.

The hotel's location was super close to the beach, very convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were cleaned daily and were very clean. The staff ignored guests who couldn't open their room door, even though the guests requested assistance to check out and head to the airport. Things would have been fine without this incident.

The towels were a bit old and torn, there were no face towels, the sink drain was missing, and the door was a little difficult to open and close. However, it was clean, spacious, the bathroom was large, and the bed was comfortable, all for the price. I've recommended it to others.
