Living without water and TV broadcasts.. it's better to be unemployed than regret it.. the curfew is very noisy, just like above your head.. 😆 for those who bring children, I don't recommend it.. the only thing I admire is the villa guard, Mr. Slamet, who provides good service even though he can't do anything because the water is only on for an hour a day from the PDAM.. the villa complex is messy..

This is a house with 2 bedroom, full furnished and have funtional kitchen, hot shower, but we have some troble with the water, but they handle it, the best part is the house guard is friendly, and fast responding.

Sorry I didn't have time to take photos because when we arrived at night we all took a break. At night, the road to the villa is rather dark due to lack of lighting. But the location of the villa is close to BNS and Jatim Park. The stone square is also close. The villa is exactly the same as in the photo. Mr. Slamet as an administrator is also friendly and affordable.

The house is very pleasant, the house is still new, and complete in front of the house there is a strawberry tree, when we stayed there were 4 ripe red fruits. In the kitchen there is once complete instant noodles, sugar, salt, coffee, refrigerator, stove, cooking oil, soy sauce, sauce and etc. The bathroom is clean, but the hot water can't be long for the room unfortunately we could feel itching from wearing a brown blanket in the back room and many areas of the house. Maybe because before I was not in the mop (very annoying) for this I was quite disturbed at 8 o'clock in the morning, there were mothers who came on motorbikes and honked. Then without getting off the motorbike he offered a tuper ware box filled with rice + fine salt + royco. At first we thought it was homestay service. And it turns out we were required to pay 20 thousand for this and then offer another side dish, even though we had breakfast. It's not polite and for me it's a Batman trap if his mother could be more polite offering maybe we would respect more.
