The room is old, the room is not clean, the towels are yellow, there are a lot of cockroaches and there are some kind of stains. I am not very impressed.

The room is comfortable and fragrant. The pillows are very soft. There is a sitting area that is inviting to sleep. The staff is very nice and friendly. The food is delicious, clean, and located on the Mekong River. You can see the sunrise on the Lao side from the room window. It is very beautiful.

The room atmosphere is very old. The chair and bed are not clean. The bathroom ceiling has stains. It is very noisy when people walk or the next room turns on the TV. It is in the middle of the city but the atmosphere is not good at all.

The lights in the bathroom are quite dark, but everything is okay.
