I arrived around 1:00 PM WIB, my suggestion is that check-in can still be processed administratively so that at 2:00 PM WIB you can just pick up the key without queuing. The receptionist also did not provide information about internet access during check-in, my suggestion is to make it part of the business process at the reception. The water drain in the bathroom (room 610) was stagnant, making it uncomfortable, but the condition of the room, including the air conditioning and amenities, was good.
