The service from all the staff was friendly, fast response, and helpful. The afternoon tea was surprisingly varied and delicious. It was fun, but it's a shame the service wasn't very friendly.

We accidentally broke a small bathtub salt shaker and were charged Rp. 510,000, a very unreasonable price. We suspect the hotel has resorted to price gouging. We honestly feel very sorry for the 5-star JHL Hotel management treating our guests this way. Hopefully, the hotel management will change the way they handle problems and stop price gouging every guest. Remember, we stayed at JHL for 3 nights and rented a junior suite for Rp. 3 million per night.

The facilities are worth the price, especially the gym and sauna.

staying here with my 2 kids, they are very happy with the pool, playgrounds (outdoor & indoor). we enjoy our staycation here. will surely come back again later!
