The staff was friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, the room floor was dusty, so we asked for it to be cleaned again. There were some ants in the corners of the room, and the toilet flush wasn't strong enough. The room was quite spacious, but unfortunately, it didn't match the photos on the app. Parking was also difficult. The Wi-Fi was also not very good in the room.

Sempat ragu saat pertama datang, karena dari luar terkesan seperti ruko biasa. Tapi saat sudah masuk kamar, puas dengan fasilitasnya. Dekat dengan Indomaret (5 menit jalan kaki) bisa pesan makanan online. Suite room no 02 paling oke.

From 5 stars, you get 3 stars. The staff is friendly, the rooms are okay, the tv doesn't work just for display, the air conditioner can't be turned off if it's cold at dawn even though it's 32°. No mat. No toothbrush, no spoon to make tea stir with a fork. For hotels over 150 it should be all there is. Close to the beaches of Seseh and Pererenan and Tanah Lot about 15 minutes. #recommendation for those who have vehicles and a quiet atmosphere.

Nice place to stay. Cheap Prices, Luxurious Room Facilities. Spacious & Clean. Cold AC, good picture TV, there is a drinking water heater. The bathroom is quite spacious & comfortable. Hot water is smooth. It may be an option to spend the night around Tanah Lot. The only minus is that the car parking is a bit limited. Others are satisfactory, especially the price.

It was overall a pleasant staycation. The interior felt very cozy and homey. The kitchen is clean and the full set appliances make it very convenient to make late night snack. However, despite asking for a late checkout and confirming with the front desk we were still kind of rushed the next day with no prior notification. Would be nice if there were some sort of notice or information regarding extra fee for late check out cause I definitely would pay for it up front. Despite all that I enjoy my stay at Kaen apartments, would definitely stay there again.
