It was a peaceful stay with the panorama view of the iconic Putrajaya's mosque just right in front of the window.

Friendly staff. Spacious room. The only slack is the cleanliness of the mug, jug heater & carpets.

The room temperature was set no lower than 24°C, and it was warm for Malaysia's climate. Furthermore, the soundproofing of the room is bad.

They even have a pastry and fresh juice section. Great hotel! Recommended.

It's supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but the toilet cleanliness is horrible, especially with its yellowish grouting. A 3-star hotel's toilet grouting in Cambodia is cleaner.

The staff are friendly and welcoming during check-in and check-out process. Love the view from my room. Improve on room cleanliness, I found another customer's cup in the fridge and lip gloss nearby the window. It's best to provide a trash bag in each room for customer convenience. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay there.

It was a pleasant short stay, 2 days 1 night for me. Breakfast spread was okay. But would love to come again another time for the ambiance!

Overall was good and satisfied. I chose Zenith because I had to attend a course nearby. Only: 1. No coffee available in the room. 2. Dustbin in the room - doesn't have plastic inside, which makes it look dirty. Maybe it's environmentally friendly that they don't use plastic. 3. The glass had stains inside. Should change the glass. 4. Carpet a bit dusty and has a few small things. Maybe should vacuum thoroughly. 5. Pipe hose in the toilet functioned well, but the head was almost broken. What I liked - the environment, cleanliness, food, the price also affordable for a 5-star hotel.

Generally, it was a good stay. Staff was efficient; however, they lack the personal touch. Room was huge with great views. Interestingly, the bathtub was a half-size bathtub. Breakfast was decent with a good selection. Free parking is definitely a bonus.

Comfortable and quiet hotel. Beautiful view overlooking Putrajaya Lake and Putrajaya Bridge. Grab is also easy to find. Overall, I am satisfied and will definitely book again.

I just returned from a staycation and could not have been more pleased. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to visit local landmarks, and the staff is incredibly polite and attentive. My room was spacious, spotless, and featured a very comfortable bed, plus a quiet environment that allowed for great rest. I thoroughly enjoyed the varied, high-quality breakfast buffet each morning. I'm sure I will definitely be back!

Late check-in noticeably faster because less people, just 3 minutes all settled. Surprisingly, I was given Deluxe Room 724 at the end of the hallway. I find it bigger with a small window overlooking Menara PjH. The food is tasty and there are a lot of choices, especially bread, with a small food kiosk outside the main dining hall. Teh Tarik & Fresh Juices is made to order, also yong tau fu and roti canai.

I had a great stay at The Zenith Hotel Putrajaya. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice view. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.
