Pesawat saya delay dari Jakarta-Bdj jadi landing jam 10, nyampe hotel bukit mas jam 11. Di permintaan juga sudah saya tulis check in jam 22.00 WITA. Bookingan saya tipe superior. Pas check in kamarnya tidak ada, resepsionis kekeuh bahwa ga ada pesanan email masuk dari agen online. Dengan kondisi banjarmasin semua hotel full book, saya jadi worry. Terus saya diminta tambah bayar type deluxe. Dari 450.000 menjadi 550.000 (aji mumpung banget). Gue shock banget pelayanan hotelnya, yang tidak mencarikan solusi. Saya bilang, tolong telepon manager atau owner nya. Ceritakan kasus ini. Setelah menunggu 1 jam lebih, akhirnya teleponnya tersambung ke owner nya. Alhasil bisa masuk kamar. Sedih banget ga sih, kita datang traveling ke kota orang, tapi tiba-tiba seperti itu pelayanannya. Apalagi memanfaatkan situasinya. Hati-hati ya guys!
