Regarding the service experience, there are several things that I feel could be improved, especially in terms of communication and coordination between the management/person in charge and guests. Perhaps because their schedules are quite busy, there were some moments where they felt less responsive. Overall, the place is still okay for a short stay, especially if the main purpose is just to rest and transit. However, it would be better if the management could further streamline the communication process and welcome guests, so that the guest experience feels more comfortable and welcoming.

The unit is brand new, so it's still very clean. The space is comfortable, even though it's a bit small. There's a stove and a refrigerator, which is very useful for me. It's also close to everywhere, especially Ciwalk. Thank you.

The trash can used for washing dishes stinks, it's never been cleaned. Stays too long, sheets and towels not changed. You have to ask for drinking water.

Initially, I only booked a regular room, but because the regular room was suddenly extended by the previous tenant, I was upgraded to a room without any additional costs. It was really good, everything worked well, and the staff was friendly.

In the room is also okay, there is hot water, there is a portable stove complete with gas and cooking utensils. Got floor 18 and the view is tower C.

My experience staying here for 10 days... It was quite comfortable for a few days. Luckily, I got a very nice and responsive server. Note to the owner of this apartment: The toilet needs to be serviced. The flash is no longer working and has to be flushed manually. The TV and remote control often don't connect. Thank you 🙏

The room and bathroom were clean, the AC was super cold, and the staff were super friendly! They really gave me clear instructions on how to check in. The kitchen stove was working, and I got a little soap. So far, everything is fine, and I even extended my stay in the same room (Comfort Room) because it was so comfortable. I think I'll stay here again next time I go to Bandung👐🏻
