Clean rooms, nice location. But the food is terrible.

Stayed 2 nights, the bed sheets were yellow and even had red stains. 5 stars but why is it so dirty?

Booked a room and had to wait 2 hours, 6am and now the room is delivered, the staff doesn't know if it's a 1 bed or 2 bed room, so disappointing, not worth the money at all

I am satisfied. The resort is very large, has many shopping areas, casinos, amenities worth experiencing, beautiful swimming pool, clean beach and standard rooms. The villa area looks like a lot of fragrant and beautiful flower bushes.

Beautiful hotel, full service, new equipment. Enthusiastic staff. Overall very ok for this price.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially the restaurant staff, very supportive.

The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful. The room is nice. It smells a bit when checking in. After that, you can bring lemongrass essential oil to diffuse it. It's ok.

Staffs very helpful from check-in to check-out. Cleaning service was very thoughtful and realized the dirty spotted chair and changes. Foods and drinks perfectly. Many activities for family to enjoy and relax. I spend 3 days without leaving the place. Thank you a wonderful time!

The hotel is run much better than the previous owner. Completely satisfied, and convincing. The vacation was better than expected when choosing this hotel. 10 points.

Staff is friendly, all ok

Big hotel with many facility. Service is good. Too many guest so they little bit lost the detail attention to guest notes. But overall god. The room so good and clean. You can go to Casino from hotel

This is the place I want to stay when I come to PQ. My family and I go there and the children really like it. The swimming pool and play area are very enjoyable for the kids.

So wonderful, clean room, delicious buffet with many dishes. Although the room is far from the beach, the beach is very beautiful. Although I stayed 1 night on this trip, next time I will stay more days to experience the services again

I was really overwhelmed when I checked in, the hotel was beautiful and clean, in general everything was great, very suitable for family vacations.

Have a pleasant stay in Grand Wyndham Phu Quoc, all the staffs are helpful, I enjoyed the hospitality. Facilities are great, I have Pho everyday for breakfast during my stay and it was good. The coffee was good as well! It is around 2kms from Grand World, still a walking distance, but since the road from the Grand World to the Hotel is quiet and dark at night, I was afraid to walk😅 but the hotel have buggy car/free bus service to go around the place.

It is a 5-star resort with airport transfer service. The staffs are impressive. Breakfast is plentiful. There is a shuttle bus to important tourist spots. If I have a chance, I will definitely go back to stay again.
