I booked the presidential suite room. This hotel is really dirty. Specifically the bed. OMG, the pillows and pillow covers are really dirty. Also, there are blood stains on the bed and a lot of stains on the bedding. I called them to change it, but he said the hotel doesn't have another one. I do not recommend this hotel.

The location is strategically close to public transportation. The hotel staff is very helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The towels were very yellow, dirty, and dusty. The room's air conditioning took a long time to cool down, as if it hadn't been maintained.

I was honestly really tired after a day on the project and checking in at a very late hour..........oh, I got into a power outage drama. But this isn't my problem, maybe they were just unlucky, the problem is............none of the staff took the initiative or proactively went out of their way to inform us customers on each floor who were anxiously waiting for confirmation. We had to go down by ourselves via the emergency stairs with their own lighting without any help from the staff. Until we got down, no one explained or at least said sorry. What kind of hospitality is this............For me personally, no more next time for this kind of service.

This is my first time staying at Posto Dormire Hotel. The place is nice and easy to get around and it's not far from the busway stop so there's no need to bother. All the staff are friendly, the hotel area is clean and comfortable.

The bathroom in suite room 815 smelled of cigarettes, even though it was advertised as a non-smoking room. I stayed there from April 25-26, 2026.

Nice and enjoyable, only the sound from outside and next door can be heard clearly.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the towels were late in being set up because the hotel was full, but when I requested to have one towel sent, they sent it immediately & rushed to send the towels and mat that hadn't been set up yet.

The gym is very small and the equipment is inadequate (as seen in the photos). The swimming pool is also very small, cramped, and noisy.
