It's quite a quiet location, perfect for those who prefer a peaceful atmosphere. The villa is directly behind a flower garden, has a clean pool, has three bedrooms, and karaoke is also good. For the budget price, it's worth it.

Plus: villa close to town, lots of food from the house. Minus: room full of spider webs, dead cockroach carcasses, and worse, hot water completely turned off, automatically no one in the family took a shower.

The first time I stayed here, there were only 2 rooms available. The second time I stayed there were 3 rooms and there was a swimming pool. The location is not too far from Alun-alun Batu. The cleanliness of the villa is maintained, and if possible, improved. Suggestions, sandal/shoe racks, air fresheners, mosquito/fly repellent sprays need to be provided. If you have a minimal budget hotel, it is recommended to stay for a vacation with your family. Success & smooth business 🤲, thank you 🙏.

Please improve the cleanliness, because the villa needs cleaning, the walls are damp, the bathroom needs to be renovated, only the visible areas are cleaned, the sheets should be replaced with new and fragrant ones, please replace the lights with bright ones. I only stayed in for 1.5 hours and immediately checked out because it smelled too damp, it's better to renovate first before accepting customers again. There is a secret door that can connect to the house next door, scary! 😩.

Dirty pool. Unmaintained house. Small water. Lots of cockroaches. Sticky floor. Only the staff is friendly and responsive when the gallon runs out at night they buy a gallon.

Hot water is not working properly. Better to fix the water heater. Water condition is muddy. Have to flush the tap many times. Swimming pool is ok. Hopefully it can be better.
