The room directly faces the pool. If you're looking for a little more peace and quiet, you might want to stay on the second floor, but there's no elevator. The air conditioning is cold, the bathroom is cramped, and the hot and cold water is inconsistent. A hot and cold water dispenser is provided for making tea.

Overall it was pleasant, the atmosphere was calm, the check-in and check-out process was fast, but the swimming pool water needs to be improved because there is too much chlorine.

For those looking to rest, this hotel is a big no-no. I usually rarely complain about hotels. But the swimming lessons at this hotel were incredibly disruptive. From noon until 6 p.m., it was so noisy that I couldn't rest. The sounds of children screaming and swimming lessons. There were even kids knocking on my door. Not nice. The TV in my room broke and was immediately replaced. I was okay with it. But the noise was so intense, it was intolerable.

Everything is safe, the room is clean minus the TV, not yet a smart TV and the restaurant doesn't open until evening so I booked a superior room directly in front of the swimming pool.

I stayed here because I wanted to watch a concert at UMS, so it was close by. If you're looking for food, there's a restaurant nearby, with snacks and drinks available at the cafe. I didn't try swimming because it was raining.

Not very satisfying. The water in the bathroom was turned off after a complaint, and the answer was because there were a lot of people using the water. Imagine taking a shower or defecating and not being able to clean it because you have to wait for the water to come back on. The swimming pool is used for children's tutoring in the morning and afternoon, so guests cannot use the pool. Please pay attention to guest satisfaction.

The facilities are very good, especially the swimming pool, but it's a shame that the swimming pool space has to be shared with children's swimming lessons which are quite crowded and take a long time.
