This is my second stay here. And some of the room design seems to have been renovated. Honestly, there is no change in cleanliness compared to my first stay, because the bathtub was dirty, there was sand settled at the bottom of the bathtub, so I had to clean it myself, after soaking instead of feeling relaxed, my body was itchy. Ask for help before guests check in to clean the whole thing. It's a shame that the villa is nice with a great view but cleanliness is not well-maintained. There also seems to be a large rat on the ceiling there, because all night I heard a rat running and squeaking on the ceiling of the villa. I think it's a large rat because the running sound is very loud and not just a short run, I was afraid of being dropped from above. The food and atmosphere in the room are indeed the best, to the point that the villa doesn't want to go out again. Thank you for the service, hopefully Cendana Villa can be even better.

The check-in and checkout process was very easy, and the place was nice and met expectations. Unfortunately, Traveloka doesn't offer bundled breakfast. Hopefully, you'll be able to stop by again someday to try a different room type, hehehe.

All is good but the hot water doesn't work :( Maybe cleanliness could be a little more attention, because when I first went in there was hair left in the toilet bowl.

The view from the top floor is absolutely the best! Everything is clean, the rooms are comfortable.

Overall good, comfortable, and clean😊🥰 However, unfortunately you can only order one menu from the 3 menus available for breakfast for 6 people in one villa. Suggestion maybe next time you can choose several desired menus🙏🏼
