On our first day, the AC went out in the middle of the night. The room was uncomfortable because there was a pillar in the middle. We complained and were immediately moved. We then stayed for two nights in the alternative room at this hotel, which was quite enjoyable. Although it wasn't cleaned every day, it's not far from Alor Street.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights; the lobby and indoor/outdoor areas were clean, the staff was friendly, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The bedroom was quite spacious, with a comfortable bed, a TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, water heater, and a clean bathroom. Upon check-out, you can leave your luggage and bags with the hotel lobby staff if you want to go sightseeing. Staying here is a great option if you're attending an event at Zepp KL, as it's very close. Next door is Resto Berempah, which serves delicious Malaysian cuisine at affordable prices.

It's strategically located near Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport Pudu. It's easily accessible, just a short distance from Pudu Sentral, and located on the main road.

Good service, room clean, but far from Bukit Bintang.

Stayed for two days, checked out very early, had already ordered the lobby to clean the room so that when I got home at night I could immediately rest clean, but it turned out it wasn't cleaned and in the end I complained that only the towels were replaced.

The staff is friendly, the room is very comfortable, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, the towels are clean, and there's a dispenser for refills. Easy access to the MRT and close to various malls. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with what we need, and the price is very pocket-friendly, you can leave your luggage there.

The place is quite comfortable and quite close to everything. There's air conditioning, a refrigerator, and hot water. There's even an iron for us ladies who don't want creases.

The location is a bit far from Bukit Bintang, the food is just so-so, the rooms are quite good

If there's a concert at Zepp KL, this hotel is highly recommended. It's just a short walk to Zepp. It's Muslim-friendly, with prayer mats provided. So far, so good.

Next to the hotel, there is a delicious food stall. Breakfast buffet is 10RM/person: fried rice, stir-fried pho, sandwich, boiled egg, drinks. In my opinion, it is quite delicious and cheap. They also sell coffee and tek tarik, delicious.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It's only a short walk to Zepp Kuala Lumpur, which was perfect for me. Plus, the hotel staff were super friendly and quick to help.
