Good place, parking car 3 minutes

Access is very poor, dark, poorly lit, far from everywhere

A budget friendly villa that is quite okay if you are traveling on a low budget and are ready for some of the limitations of this villa. Pros: Nice view from the pool, close to the rice field embankment. The villa atmosphere is beautiful with lots of trees. Cons: Access is quite closed because it is in an alley, and the parking lot is separate from the villa area. The wall paint is also starting to get dirty. Note: Incidentally, there were so many ants in my room that I had to spray Baygon first to eradicate the ants (see picture). Information from the staff was because it was the rainy season so the ants climbed out of their nests. If there were no ants, it would be a solid 8/10

It's actually really comfortable to sleep here, but the car park is a bit far in front and limited so it's a bit complicated. The lady is really friendly. thx pondok ayu shanti

stayed here for 2 nights for business purposes in the Ubud area, the atmosphere is calm and suitable for those who want peace. the road access is indeed small and cannot be reached by car, but it is not a problem as long as you ride a motorbike. the breakfast is delicious and filling, the staff are friendly and very helpful. definitely will come here again if there is a work schedule to Ubud 🥰

There was so much ants and the colony in our room wall also in the floor some times

The atmosphere is really nice and calm. However, access from the parking lot to the lodging location is a bit tricky.

The cleanliness of the surrounding environment is 0, to find the location you have to go through small and muddy trees. Cars have to park far from the hotel. Not safe. Dirty. Even if you want to check in, it's not difficult to find staff.

Makes you feel at home, will come back here again if you go to Bali, maybe just make the bathroom lights brighter. Friendly staff.

for the service is quite okay, the room is quite clean, the breakfast is also suitable for those on a diet. but the access road is very difficult, a small alley and at night it is really scary and a bit dark, you can usually walk/motorcycle into the hotel because the road is narrow.

The villa is very nice, I am satisfied staying here, but for those who have a car, don't expect the car to be able to enter, because this villa is in an alley and it made it a bit of a hassle for me because we brought a lot of suitcases so it was tiring to carry them, especially the condition of the dirt road, even if it was cemented, it was badly damaged.

It 's a nice place to stay however they have no ac which a bit downhill for this place.
