The front office is very friendly and kind. Access and transportation must use grabcar/taxi/walking is possible. For food, it is easy to find around the hotel, there are some halal foods too. Close to Mini Big C. The room is clean and spacious but there are small ants. Thank you

The hotel charges extra money. by claiming to have cracked glass Even though we didn't use glass at all. and confident that the glass will not crack but still accused us of being harassed and have to pay more Before staying here, you have to check things and take pictures first, otherwise you will be charged, right?
