The staff was friendly and accommodating. Place and ambience is cozy and great.

I'm not on purpose for slopping oil at bed. But first I check in they don't tell any kind about any charge if happen not on purpose. It was made me out my money many more because the staff tell when I check out. D*** s***. If you want money tell me don't like that bro.

Good services, the staff are friendly, you can ask about what you need, 30minutes from naia t1, 15 minutes from this hotel to naia t1 by Grab Car, I stay for 8 hours cause I have morning flight, you have to deposite 1000 pesso and it will be back when you are checking out. I booked for a single room, it is cheap, clean, and tiny cute.

Good location but the amenities like the comfort room is not good, water is overflowing on the floor. So narrow

They demand 300 pesos for security. My first night I never sleep in that hotel. I booked for 2 nights. I never sleep.

Hotel staff are not customer friendly. While we stay in the lobby they are at the front desk they are very interested and intimidating as if they are a company. He's back stab that they ask him and if he knows the province they are laughing at. I dont like her. And plus we added 1 person to the room for P350 they took our payment and they received their receipts and were not given extra beddings for the additional with us. We have 3 follow ups in advance. Somethings fishy to them maybe they got them. Wow, the owner.

Clean and comfortable, stayed here with my parents, its near to the airport. We will surely come back to this place. The only problem is that they don't have elevator to some other floors, good thing there are porters to help us lift our luggages.

It was worth the price. Clean and Comfortable. The place was clean and accessible. The staff were okay, they weren’t so friendly but they weren’t bad either. It’s a cheap hotel so if you’re looking for a place to sleep while you’re backpack traveling then this is the right place for you.
